ABOUT THE ACCELERATOR

A fully funded path from scholarship to skillset to workplace

Let us be honest about something. Nigeria is not short of talent. We have people who can design, build, and solve problems as well as anyone anywhere in the world. What we are short of is the bridge between having the skill and actually getting paid for it.

That is the real gap. School gives you a certificate. It does not always give you a job. Dolcezza Africa Accelerator 2026 was built to close that exact gap, with a 97 percent scholarship on the way in, and a guaranteed 6 month internship on the way out. You are not just learning here. You are being placed.

Do I need prior experience?

No. Each track is designed to take a genuine beginner to a job ready portfolio in two months, provided you commit fully to the weekend schedule and the work in between.

Which track should I choose?

Choose based on what pulls at your attention. If you like building things people click and scroll through, try Frontend. If you like systems and logic, try Backend. If you notice when something feels off before you can explain why, try UI/UX. If you love finding a story inside a spreadsheet, try Data Analytics.

How do I choose a scholarship?

Read through the five scholarships on this page and choose the one that feels closest to your story. There is no wrong choice. Final assignment is confirmed at admission.

Is this fully online?

Yes. All training is delivered virtually, so you can join from anywhere with a laptop and internet access.

What happens after the two months?

Graduates move into a six month internship, delivered virtually or remotely, working toward real experience and a genuine income earning career.

Can I apply if I am a student, a graduate, or already working?

Yes. The Accelerator is built for career switchers, upskillers, undergraduates, and recent graduates alike. The weekend schedule exists specifically so it does not clash with a job, school, or existing obligations.

What if I miss a session?

Attendance matters and is part of what determines your eligibility to graduate and move into an internship. Life happens, so speak to your facilitator early if you expect to miss a session.

When do applications close?

Applications close September 20, 2026. Seats are limited to 3,000 students across all four tracks combined, so an early application is always a stronger application.
